miss emily upp went for a jog down riverside
then she lost her memory
and went missing from her life
for three weeks she was roaming the city
went to the apple store and new york sports club allegedly
her family put up signs
made a facebook page
tried to stay positive
but worried she was dead
while she was roaming her foot got a blister
she couldn't walk anymore
so she jumped in the river
she was
floating
floating
floating
then Captain Covella of the Staten Island Ferry
was on a routine trip
when he noticed something out of place
slowing the boat
he went to steer towards it
that's when they saw the girl
face down floating in the water
two deckmen jumped in
saw she was still breathing
took her to shore while someone called the ambulance
while riding in the squad
suddenly she remembered
she went for a jog and now she's riding in an ambulance?
what happened to her mind?
was she scared? was she hungry?
what does it matter when she has no memory of
floating
floating
floating
